Staff

The Staff feature allows you to easily display your staff in a gallery view and then click for a detailed profile on each staff member.

To begin, open your Control Panel and click on Staff.

The Control Page appears.

  1. You can have as many different Staff Pages as you would like. To begin a new and different Staff Page, click Add a Page. In most cases you will be editing an existing page.
  2. To edit the header text on a Staff Page, click Edit Page. A standard page editor opens and you can update your header text. When you’re finished, click Update Page.
  3. Before we show how to Add or Edit Staff, note that a Page can be turned on or off, or deleted completely.

  1. To Edit an existing staff member, click Edit.

  1. Complete the data fields that you wish to use. First and Last Names are required.
  2. You can choose a Sort order to display your staff by whatever precedence you choose.
  3. Upload Image: All Staff pictures should be the same dimensions when entered. This will ensure that the gallery listing will keep a uniform look. We recommend an image size between 250 and 300 pixels. Staff pictures will be automatically resized for the gallery view. When you’re finished click Update Page.

Now you can click on the name of the staff member you added to view the completed profile. To see the full gallery view, click on the Staff menu tab and then click on the Page Name of your Staff Page. The gallery will appear.
