Site Menu

The Site Menu allows you to control which pages you show on your main menu, what order you display the pages in, and even to create subpages.

Let’s start at Roberta Black.com and take a look at the menu.

Next we’ll go to the control panel and click on Site Menu.

The first thing to notice is that Site Menu displays every page you’ve created The Pages on the Menu are displayed on the top half of the page. Pages you’ve created which are not on the Main Menu are displayed on the lower half of the page.

Adding and Removing Pages:
At any time you can remove a page from the menu by clicking Remove.

If you want to add a page to the Main Menu, click Add.

Ordering Pages.
With Site Menu it’s also easy to reorder how pages display on the menu.

Simply change the number in Menu Order and click on Update. The change applies instantly to all pages on your website.

Subpages.
It is also possible to create subpages, as seen here when you roll your mouse over Title Page.

To make a subpage, click on the plus sign in front of a page that you want to become a subpage

Then open the dropdown box and pick the page that Title Your Form Here will become a subpage of. We'll choose Title Page.

 

We’ll choose Title Page. Press Go and Site Menu updates to reflect the change.

To make Newsletter a Main Page again, click on the minus sign and then click on Move to Main Menu.

Rename Pages
If you want to rename a page, open the page to edit the content and give the page a new name. When you click update page, your changes will be made instantly.
